VISIT VISA APPLICATIONS FOR KENYA
- WHEN AND WHERE CAN I SUBMUT MY VISA APPLICATION ?
- We accept applications and enquiries from personal callers :
- - Monday to Friday ( excluding Public Holidays ): from 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00.
- Saturday (excluding Public Holiday) from 10:00 to 12:00.

- WHAT DOCUMENTS SHOULD I PROVIDE ?
- Applications will not be accepted unless all original documents are provided :
- -Completed visa application form ( FORM V. 1 )
-Valid travel document
-One passport-size photos taken within the last six months
-Original air ticket and reservation confirmation
-Itinerary for traveling
-Company, Sponsor and Invitation Letter (for business purpose)
- HOW LONG WILL AN APPLICATION TAKE TO PROCESS ?
- We
aim to process straightforward applications and issue visas on the next
working day if the applications are approved on date of application.
We usually only accept applications from visitors traveling within three months of their application date.
Applicants may send their applications with a representative (a letter of authorization is required).
- HOW LONG IS THE VISA NORMALLY VALID FOR ?
- A standard visa must be utilized within three months from date of issue.
- PAYMENT FOR THE VISA TO BE ISSUED :
- Fees to be collected for a single journey visit visa : US$ 50 / HK$ 390
Note:
The immigration status and period of stay to be granted are decided by
the Kenya immigration authorities upon arrival. The possession of a
visa does not entitle the bearer to enter Kenya upon arrival at port of
entry if he/she is found to be inadmissible.
